Meet Your Lead Trainer
Hi, I'm Britt!
I've been teaching yoga for nearly 15 years and hold an E- RYT 500 certification through Yoga Alliance, along with my YACEP designation. Over the years, I've had the privilege of teaching thousands of students, mentoring new teachers, and creating yoga programs for studios throughout California.
Teaching teachers is one of my greatest passions. I love helping people discover their own authentic voice, build confidence, and develop the skills to lead classes that are both thoughtful and empowering. My trainings are engaging, challenging, and hands on, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, practice teaching, and receive individualized feedback.
Whether you're hoping to teach professionally or simply deepen your understanding of Yoga Sculpt, my goal is to create a supportive learning environment where you'll feel encouraged to grow, take risks, and leave feeling confident in your ability to lead.

Upon successful completion of the training, you'll receive a 50 Hour Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training Certificate from Heartwood Yoga.
-
Because this is an immersive training, attendance is expected at all sessions. If an emergency arises, please contact Britt as soon as possible to discuss available make up options.
-
Completing the training does not guarantee employment. However, graduates who demonstrate strong teaching skills, professionalism, and alignment with Heartwood's values may be considered for future teaching opportunities as they become available.
-
Absolutely. Most trainees begin with some uncertainty. This program is designed to help you build confidence step by step in a supportive environment where questions are encouraged and growth is celebrated. You don't have to feel "ready" to begin. You just have to be willing to learn.
