Frequently Asked Questions

  • This training is designed so that when you walk out on your last day, you're ready to teach — not just certified. You'll leave with a deep understanding of yoga philosophy that goes well beyond the 8 limbs, a strong technical foundation, and the confidence to hold a room. Past students describe the program as rigorous and well-organized, and while we take the work seriously, this is also a deeply supportive environment where you'll be challenged to grow in ways you didn't expect.

  • We'd love to hear from you! To get started, fill out the program application below and we'll contact you after we review it. Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you'll receive information on how to secure your spot. Space is limited, so we encourage you to reach out early.

  • Yes! Our 200-hour program is registered with the Yoga Alliance, and upon completion you'll be eligible to register as an RYT 200. Our curriculum meets all of the rigorous standards set forth by the Yoga Alliance.

  • Yes — outside of our weekends together, you can expect approximately 50 hours of homework and self-study over the course of the program. This includes reading, reflection, journaling, practice hours, and practice teaching hours designed to deepen your learning between sessions.

  • Not at all. What matters far more than the depth of your postures is the depth of your commitment. You'll need at least one year of consistent yoga practice, but you don't need to be able to do a handstand or teach a perfect class. You just need to show up curious, open, and ready to grow.

  • This training is for anyone who has been practicing yoga for at least one year and feels called to go deeper. Whether you're ready to step into teaching or simply want a richer understanding of the practice, this program will meet you where you are. If you're curious, committed, and open to being challenged and transformed, this training is for you!
